Norwich Union go undercover

Norwich Union, the UK’s largest insurance company, wanted a full day teambuilding event located close to their Norwich base. Many of the team had been on teambuilding days in the past so wanted a unique corporate event which would promote excellent team work and help improve communication skills.

Fun Manager Ali, who was a double agent during the Cold War, recommended Operation Spy School. Spy School is an interactive day of missions including safe cracking, code breaking and photographic challenges which has teams sneaking around in competition. To add the icing on the cake, Ali based the group at a spectacular Elizabethan manor house just outside of Norwich.

Ali, we all thoroughly enjoyed the day. Your team were great and the manor was a great location for it - lunch was really good too!!

The activities worked well and achieved the objectives for me with communication, problem solving and working together as a team all to the fore. If we do something similar in the future I'll be in contact. Thanks.
