Chillisauce's resident stand up comedian Tom was on stage again at the weekend at The Watershed in Wimbledon in the semi-finals of the Laughing Horse New Act of the Year competition.
With a £1000 and a year of paid gigs on offer for the overall winner, the competition is getting serious. Tom's material on charity, job hunting and hospital visits went down a storm with the sell out crowd and he was voted 2nd of the 13 acts competing.
With only the winner of the six semi-finals going through to the final automatically, Tom now faces an anxious wait to see whether he'll make it through as one of the best 2nd/3rd places.
